The VLF gets together every Memorial Day Weekend at the best surfing destination in Virginia Beach, affectionately known as The Jetty to promote the art of longboard surfing. Through the efforts of this organization, The VLF has generated a dynamic surfing contest that is a fun, family atmosphere for people to enjoy from all over the country.
